It started with a phone call. My brother-in-law, desperate to find the specific baby formula he needed for his 5-month-old son with digestive challenges, was asking family members to check their local stores for more.

That's when I had that lightbulb moment.  The data Webata could pull would be perfect for parents experiencing this all-too-common desperation to find baby formula.
